FOUR PAWS Joins Unique Streaming Event to Save Animals and the Planet
Famous Fido Rescue to host virtual event called the Celebration of Life airing Saturday, July 25th
July 23, 2020 – BOSTON, MA – In an unprecedented show of solidarity in challenging times, A-List organizations and individuals plan to take part in a new kind of activism in action: The Celebration of Life is a 6-hour stream-a-thon will feature musicians, artwork for auction to help the animals. passionate addresses from organizations who want to be a part of the conversation and make the world we all share together a better place.
Founder and executive director, Gloria Lissner, explained, "we all share this world, and we all share in the responsibility to make it better for all. The Celebration of Life is about raising awareness for all animals, and we have some wonderful organizations joining us for the online event."
Throughout the event there will be speakers covering topics including what it takes to protect cats, dogs, farm animals, birds, horses, rabbits, wildlife, and the environment. One of the speakers joining the Celebration of Life is Danika Oriol-Morway, the country director for Four Paws USA.
Since the pandemic, Famous Fido Rescue has experienced a significant increase in animals that need their help, and now they need the help of the public to continue saving precious animal lives.
WHO: Famous Fido Rescue is hosting a strong list of A-list organizations and individuals including The Paw Project, International Wolf Center, Chicago Alliance for Animals, the Puppy Mill Project, Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation, and FOUR PAWS.
